Boot Camp

Boot Camp: Core conditioning combined with cardio, you choose high or low impact during a high energy circuit format structured for a whole body workout. This class is also excellent for those interested in weight management.

Outdoor Boot Camp (June – September): A fast paced outdoor circuit training utilizing our natural North Shore beauty and terrain. Rain or shine we will challenge our skills while enjoying the elements of the great outdoors. Runners with reasonable support and layered clothing are recommended.
